Welcome Team Coordinator

Allison Brown is the Welcome Team Coordinator at Grace Presbyterian Church, where she has been part of the Grace community for 12 years. She leads the Welcome Team and loves creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels seen and at home. On Sunday mornings, Allison greets guests and members, helps people find their way around, and looks for ways to help newcomers get connected and find their place at Grace. She also hosts quarterly gatherings for those who want to learn more about Grace and take the next step in getting involved.

Allison is married to Marshall, Grace’s pastor, and they are the proud parents of Peter, their fabulous son, and their beloved dog. Outside of church, Allison enjoys spending time with her family and bringing people together around good food and conversation.
